Service Agreement
Nationwide Digital Helpline LLC
Effective Date: April 02, 2025
This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Nationwide Digital Helpline LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a company providing data broker removal, remote computer repair, and everyday digital support services, and you, the client (“you” or “Client”). By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1. Services Provided
Nationwide Digital Helpline LLC offers the following services (collectively, the “Services”):
Data Broker Removal Service: We assist in identifying and requesting the removal of your personal information from data broker websites and databases.
Remote Computer Repair Service: We provide remote technical support to diagnose and resolve computer-related issues, including software troubleshooting, malware removal, and system optimization.
Everyday Digital Needs: We help with your routine digital tasks, such as setting up devices, managing email accounts, troubleshooting software, or providing guidance on digital tools and applications.
The scope of Services will be detailed in a service order, quote, or communication provided to you at the time of engagement.
2. Client Responsibilities
To enable us to perform the Services effectively, you agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information necessary for data broker removal (e.g., full name, addresses, or other identifying details).
Grant us remote access to your computer (if applicable) and ensure a stable internet connection for remote repair or digital support services.
Follow any instructions we provide during the service process.
Promptly notify us of any issues or concerns related to the Services.
3. Fees and Payment
Pricing: Fees for the Services will be outlined in a service order, invoice, or as agreed upon prior to commencement.
Data broker removal may be charged per request or as a subscription, while remote computer repair and everyday digital support may be billed per session, hourly, or as part of a package.
Payment Terms: Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise specified. We accept [insert payment methods, e.g., credit card, bank transfer].
Late Fees: Overdue payments may incur a late fee of [insert percentage, e.g., 1.5%] per month or the maximum allowed by law.
Non-Refundable: Fees are non-refundable except as outlined in Section 6 (Service Limitations and Guarantees).
4. Term and Cancellation
Term:This Agreement begins upon your acceptance of our Services and continues until the Services are completed or terminated as outlined below.
Cancellation: You may cancel ongoing Services by providing written notice at least 15 days prior to the desired cancellation date, per our
Cancellation Policy. We may terminate this Agreement immediately if you fail to comply with its terms or fail to make payment.
Effect of Cancellation: Upon cancellation, you remain responsible for fees incurred up to the effective cancellation date.
5. Remote Access Authorization
For remote computer repair or everyday digital support services, you authorize us to access your computer remotely via secure software.
We will:
Use access solely to perform the agreed-upon repairs or support tasks.
Not access personal files or data unrelated to the service unless necessary and with your consent.
Maintain confidentiality of any information observed during the process.
6. Service Limitations and Guarantees
Data Broker Removal: We will make reasonable efforts to request removal of your information from identified data brokers. However, we cannot guarantee removal, as this depends on third-party compliance. We are not liable for data reappearing on broker sites after removal.
Remote Computer Repair: We will use best efforts to resolve your computer issues remotely. Success depends on the nature of the problem, your hardware/software, and your cooperation. We do not guarantee resolution of all issues, particularly those requiring physical repair.
Everyday Digital Needs: We will provide guidance and support for your digital tasks to the best of our ability, but outcomes may vary based on your specific needs and circumstances.
No Warranty: Services are provided “as is” without warranties beyond what is expressly stated herein.
7. Confidentiality
We will treat all personal information you provide as confidential and use it only to perform the Services. We will not disclose your information except as required by law or with your consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nationwide Digital Helpline LLC shall not be liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., loss of data, profits, or business opportunities) arising from the Services.
Issues caused by third parties (e.g., data brokers refusing removal, hardware failures).
Our total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Services in the preceding 12 months.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nationwide Digital Helpline LLC, its employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your misuse of the Services, provision of inaccurate information, or violation of this Agreement.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of [insert state/country, e.g., “the State of Delaware, United States”].
Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in [insert jurisdiction, e.g., “Delaware”].
11. Amendments

13. Entire Agreement
This Agreement, along with any service orders or invoices, constitutes the entire understanding between you and Nationwide Digital Helpline LLC and supersedes all prior agreements.
